- Graduates of Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or Accountancy - Preferably single, male or female, not more than 30 years of age - With at least 2 years of work experience in deploying and/or providing support (via phone, online or onsite) for accounting, inventory/warehousing and hospital systems - With flair for providing effective customer support services - Should be a fast learner, quick-thinker, patient, diligent and systematic - Should be willing to work long hours and can thrive in an environment under pressure - With good communication skills (written and spoken) - Should be able to deal with people at all levels within and outside of the organization; must be a team player - Preferably residing within Metro Manila
